  • A short visit, such as a single outpatient appointment, is charged as a half day.
  • Extra waiting time beyond the included hours is ₹200 per hour.
  • We can book transport for the journey. It is charged separately, at actual cost.
  • Visits normally run between 8 AM and 6 PM. For nights, choose the 24-hour shift.

What does hospital assistance include?
Four services, arranged on their own or together: hospital visit assistance for appointments, tests, and scans; bystander support during a hospital stay; admission assistance; and discharge assistance. A trained, verified companion or bystander helps with registration, paperwork, insurance and TPA approvals, billing, and the pharmacy, and the family is kept updated.
Which hospitals do you cover?
We support patients at hospitals across Trivandrum, Kochi, Kozhikode, and Chennai. Tell us the hospital when you book and we will confirm the arrangements.
Can I request a male or female bystander?
Yes. Our hospital bystanders are trained and verified, and you can ask for a male or female bystander when you book.
Do you provide overnight bystanders?
Yes. Choose the 24-hour shift (₹1,500), which includes the night. The bystander stays with your loved one through the shift and keeps the family updated.
How much does hospital assistance cost?
Charges are fixed: ₹600 for a half day (up to 4 hours), ₹1,000 for a full day (up to 8 hours), and ₹1,500 for 24 hours including the night. A short visit, such as a single outpatient appointment, is charged as a half day. Extra waiting time beyond the included hours is ₹200 per hour, and transport we book for you is charged at actual cost.
Can you help with hospital admission and discharge?
Yes. On admission day we help with registration, paperwork, and insurance or TPA approvals. On discharge day we handle the formalities and the final bill, collect medicines, reports, and the discharge summary, and get your loved one home safely. If care is needed at home afterwards, we can arrange nursing, physiotherapy, or elder care.
Can I arrange hospital assistance from abroad?
Yes. Book online or on WhatsApp from anywhere. Share the hospital, the dates, and a contact person near your loved one, and we will update you after every visit or shift.
